PERMANENT FULL-TIME CASUAL STYLIST - WELLINGTON STORE

As a full-time retail stylist, your role is to support daily sales efforts, assist in meeting store budgets, and consistently promote our brand philosophy. You'll help maintain high retail standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Assist in achieving daily sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Build genuine connections with customers to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Support visual merchandising and ensure the store is always well-presented and on-brand.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and assist in creating a welcoming, polished environment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and efficient customer service.

ABOUT YOU:

• 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service roles. You’re passionate about creating memorable experiences for customers and can easily connect with them.
• Comfortable in a customer-centric, high-performance environment, where individual and team KPIs drive success. (Experience with POS systems is highly regarded.)
• Goal-oriented and motivated to meet personal and team sales targets.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high visual and operational standards.
• Eager to learn and share your existing knowledge.
