Orders are processed only on working days. Weekend or public holiday orders will be handled on the next business day.

Cancellations are not permitted for delays caused by issues within the courier network.

An invoice will be included with your order; use the order number for returns or exchanges.

If the product you wish to purchase is not available you will be notified by the online team and refunded as soon as-possible. 

DELIVERIES WITHOUT SIGNATURE 

Should you request to have your order delivered without signature, please leave a note for our care team in your order notes. 

We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they have been signed for or where you have authorised delivery to be left unattended at your shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES + DUTIES

Please keep in mind that International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties. The payment and knowledge of these charges that may apply to your purchase is not the responsibility of Stolen Girlfriends Club, to which we have no control over.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS HOLDS

Estimated delivery times do not include any customs delays or holds. In the event that you have not received your parcel within the delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted by your local customs department or postal service regarding your delivery, please get in contact with them directly.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

PURCHASES MADE BETWEEN NOV 20, 2024, AND DEC 24, 2024, QUALIFY FOR EXTENDED EXCHANGES UNTIL JAN 31, 2025. ITEMS MUST BE UNUSED, IN ORIGINAL CONDITION, WITH TAGS AND PACKAGING INTACT, AND PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIRED. EXCLUDES GIFT CARDS, FINAL SALE ITEMS, AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS. RETURNS CAN BE IN-STORE OR BY MAIL (SHIPPING COSTS APPLY UNLESS FAULTY). REFUNDS GO TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD, AND EXCHANGES DEPEND ON AVAILABILITY. RETURNS PROCESS

All items that are purchased through our stockists, need to be returned directly through the original store where purchased.

Please be aware that we gladly accept refund requests for online purchases due to a change of mind, while in-store purchases are non-refundable. If you wish to initiate a return.

Our returns policy allows a window of 14 days from the date of purchase. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your
return, If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

WARRANTY

All our products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Gold-plated styles have a limited six-month warranty. Proof of purchase is required for repairs or replacements.

JEWELLERY RETURNS

Jewellery returns will be managed with the same level of care. However, it is essential to note that for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to choose your items mindfully.

REPAIRS

To initiate a repair, please email online@stolengirlfriendsclub.com with clear images of the fault, a detailed description, information on how the item has been cared for, and your proof of purchase. Our care team will promptly review your request and reach out to you.

If your repair request is outside our one-year warranty period, contact our care team for a repair quote. We will use our local repair team to assist you.

Please note that general wear and tear, tarnishing, and items bent or out of shape from regular use are not considered manufacturing faults.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, kindly contact us at online@stolengirlfriendsclub.co. We will guide you through the next steps and assist with reserving another item of your choice. Exchanges can be made for items available on stolengirlfriendsclub.com or at our flagship stores in New Zealand. Please ensure that the items are unworn and still have all original tags attached.
