Items will only be posted on working days. If you place an order during the weekend or a New Zealand public holiday, your order will not be processed until the next working day. Cancellations are not permitted for orders that arrive later than expected.

You will also receive an invoice with your order, please reference this order number in case of a return or exchange.

If the product you wish to purchase is not available you will be notified by the online team and refunded as soon as possible. 

 

DELIVERIES WITHOUT SIGNATURE 

Should you request to have your order delivered without signature, please leave a note for our care team in your order notes. 

We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they have been signed for or where you have authorised delivery to be left unattended at your shipping address.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES + DUTIES

Please keep in mind that International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties. The payment and knowledge of these charges that may apply to your purchase is not the responsibility of Stolen Girlfriends Club, to which we have no control over.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS HOLDS

Estimated delivery times do not include any customs delays or holds. In the event that you have not received your parcel within the delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted by your local customs department or postal service regarding your delivery, please get in contact with them directly.

 

AFTER SALES CARE 

All items that are purchased through our stockists, need to be returned directly through the original store where purchased. 

We understand that occasionally, you may need to exchange or return your purchase. To ensure a seamless process, please familiarize yourself with our Returns and Exchanges policy outlined below:

EXCHANGES:

If you wish to exchange an item, kindly contact us promptly at online@stolengirlfriendsclub.com. We will assist you in reserving another item of your choice. Exchanges can be made for items available on stolengirlfriendsclub.com or at our flagship stores in New Zealand. Please ensure that the clothes are unworn and still adorned with all original tags.

RETURNS

Please be aware that we gladly accept refund requests for online purchases due to a change of mind, while in-store purchases are non-refundable. If you wish to initiate a return, kindly reach out to us via email at online@stolengirlfriendsclub.com. Our returns policy allows a window of 7 days from the date of purchase.

Once your item is returned, your credit will be processed promptly within five business days, subject to your bank's processing timeline.

 JEWELLERY RETURNS:

Jewellery returns will be managed with the same level of care. However, it is essential to note that for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to choose your items mindfully.

JEWELLERY WARRANTY:

Our jewellery is backed by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is mandatory when returning items for repair or replacement.

REPAIRS:

At Stolen Girlfriends Club, we are dedicated to ensuring your pieces stand the test of time. If you discover a manufacturing fault within one year of your purchase, we will repair the item at no cost under our warranty policy.

To initiate a repair, please email online@stolengirlfriendsclub.com with clear images of the fault, a detailed description, and information about how the item has been cared for, along with your proof of purchase. Our dedicated care team will promptly review your request and get in touch with you.

If your repair request falls outside our one-year warranty period, please contact our care team. They will provide you with a quote for the repair, utilizing our local repair team.

Please note that general wear and tear, tarnishing, and items that are bent or out of shape due to regular use are not considered manufacturing faults.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

CONTACT + POSTAL ADDRESS 

Return items must be sent by track and trace at your own expense. Please note Stolen Girlfriends Club does not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning. Once received, your return will be accepted for either store credit, exchange or refund.
