If you're self isolating or you'd just be more comfortable with us dropping you parcel off at your doorstep, please let us know in your delivery instructions during checkout.

Items will only be posted on working days. If you place an order during the weekend or a New Zealand public holiday, your order will not be processed until the next working day. cancellations are not permitted for orders that arrive later than expected.

You will also receive an invoice with your order, please reference this order number in case of a return or exchange.


If the product you wish to purchase is not available you will be notified by the online team and refunded as soon as possible.


You may request your delivery to be left without a signature (e.g. on front doorstep). please enter this request in delivery notes

We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they have been signed for or where you have authorised delivery to be left unattended at your shipping address.


All returns must be done with ten days from receiving your parcel. If you wish to exchange an item please email as soon as possible to reserve another item. Items may only be exchanged for other items on Clothes must be unworn with all original tags still attached. It is crucial that stolen girlfriends club is contacted in advance and made aware of the return. Your credit will be processed within five working depending on your banks processing time. No returns or exchanges on sale items.




Please keep in mind that what you online shop this does not include potential taxes and duties charges which may be applied by customs authorities upon delivery into your country. The payment and knowledge of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility. For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly as these vary from country to country. 


Estimated delivery times do not include any customs delays or holds. In the event that you have not received your parcel within the delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted by your local customs department or postal service regarding your delivery, please get in contact with them directly


Please email with images and the description of what the fault appears to be and how the item has been cared for. Once received a member from our online team will be in touch. However, if any import duty, customs fees and levies were charged, these are not refundable. If the fault is caused by the customer or has occurred outside the warranty time frame(jewellery only), the return may be accepted however any repair cost will be at your own expense.


If notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.


Jewellery returns will be handled in the same manner. However, it is important to recognise that there are no returns or exchanges permitted for earrings. this is due to concern for hygiene. Please choose carefully.


Due to the nature of sleeper earrings there is a chance of unfastening, please be cautious. To avoid earrings un-fastening please ensure they are clicked into place when putting into ear. Singular replacement charms can be purchased for the cost of $59.50. please contact


All jewellery is delicate and should be handled with care. Avoid wearing you jewellery in performing activities as dropping and knocking will cause scratches and damages. Avoid getting jewellery wet or coming in contact with cosmetics e.g Hairspray.

Tarnishing naturally occurs over time. To minimise tarnishing avoid contact with oils, salt, and chemicals. To help prevent tarnishing we recommend to give your jewellery a gentle wash with warm water and dry with a soft cotton cloth before storing.

 Regular care helps prepare your jewellery from aging.


This is one year from purchase date. Proof of purchase is compulsory when returning any item.


Return items must be sent by track and trace at your own expense. Please note Stolen Girlfriends Club does not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning. Once received, your return will be accepted for either store credit, exchange or refund.
