we endeavour to get all orders processed and dispatched as fast as possible, within 1-3 business days.
Orders are processed & dispatched Monday - Friday NZ local time.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We use Express delivery shipping methods for all local and international orders. All orders are shipped with tracking information for your convenience and security, however due to the high volume of orders being moved through our courier partners, delivery times may be affected.
Please refer to your tracking details to monitor your order progress as regrettably once your package is dispatched we are not able to control the speed of delivery.
Please be aware that some countries charge their own import duties, taxes and tariffs that are regrettably outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for the cost of these fees and a restocking fee will apply for orders returned due to rejecting import taxes.
We are able to make changes to orders or allow cancellations before they are fulfilled and dispatched.
Once you have received shipping information for your order, we're unable to make changes or cancel your order.

Order cancellations made after an item has been dispatched may incur a restocking fee.
We do not issue refunds for orders delayed due to late delivery delays from our courier partners.
If you wish to exchange an item, kindly contact us within 14 days of purchase at online@stolengirlfriendsclub.com.
We will guide you through the next steps and assist with reserving another item of your choice. Exchanges can be made for items available on stolengirlfriendsclub.com or at our flagship stores in New Zealand. Please ensure that the items are unworn and still have all original tags attached.
Please keep in mind that International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties. The payment and knowledge of these charges that may apply to your purchase is not the responsibility of Stolen Girlfriends Club, of which we have no control over.
A NOTE ON UNITED STATES TARIFFS & INTERNATIONAL TAXES:
All orders with delivery into the United States of America are currently subject to taxes and a tariff charge made payable to US Customs - regrettably it is a mandate outside of our control.
We provide the tax and tariff calculation prior to checkout for US customers and any orders returned after initially accepting the tariff and tax charges will be subject to a restocking fee deducted from your refund.
