SALE EVENT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Due to our current sale event, please expect longer than usual processing times of up to 5 business days for your order to be processed, including Click & Collect.

Please be assured we endeavour to get all orders processed and dispatched as fast as possible.

We elect to use express delivery shipping methods for all local and international orders. All orders are shipped with tracking information for your convenience and security, however due to the high volume of orders being moved through our courier partners, delivery times may be affected.
Please refer to your tracking details to monitor your order progress as regrettably once your package is dispatched we are not able to control the speed of delivery.

Please be aware that some countries charge their own import duties, taxes and tariffs that are regrettably outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for the cost of these fees and a restocking fee will apply for orders returned due to rejecting import taxes.

We endeavour to reply to all customer enquiries within a timely manner however please allow 1-3 days for a response during the holiday sale period. We apologise in advance for any delay in response time during the sale event.

Rest of the World

Free Shipping Codes

  • Our Rewards customers can redeem loyalty points for Free Shipping vouchers - valid for both NZ and International customers.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • 45 Day Returns - no restocking fee for returns or exchanges. Please see full returns policy here
    The only exception for this is orders returned for rejecting import fees, duties or tariffs where our restocking policy will apply.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for order dispatch during the sale period.
    Orders are processed between Monday - Friday, with weekend or public holiday orders processed on the following business day. Should you require your order urgently, please contact us at online@stolengirlfriendsclub.com and our team will do our best to accomodate your request.

CLICK AND COLLECT

  • For Click and Collect orders, please wait until we have confirmed your order is ready for collection via email to avoid disappointment. We will endeavour to dispatch all Click and Collect orders within 48hours.

  • Delivery updates and timelines are determined by our courier partners, which are out of our control. All tracking and delivery information is emailed upon dispatch and can also be located at any time in your customer portal.

Cancellations are not permitted for delays caused by issues within the courier network.

An invoice will be included with your order; please use the order number for returns or exchanges.

STOCK AVAILABILITY:

If the product you wish to purchase is not available you will be notified by the online team and refunded as soon as-possible. 

DELIVERIES WITHOUT SIGNATURE 

Should you request to have your order delivered without signature, please leave a note for our care team in your order notes. 

We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they have been signed for or where you have authorised delivery to be left unattended at your shipping address.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES + DUTIES

Please keep in mind that International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties. The payment and knowledge of these charges that may apply to your purchase is not the responsibility of Stolen Girlfriends Club, of which we have no control over.

A NOTE ON UNITED STATES TARIFFS & INTERNATIONAL TAXES:

All orders with delivery into the United States of America are currently subject to taxes and a tariff charge made payable to US Customs - regrettably it is a mandate outside of our control.
We provide the tax and tariff calculation prior to checkout for US customers and any orders returned after initially accepting the tariff and tax charges will be subject to a restocking fee deducted from your refund.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS HOLDS

Estimated delivery times do not include any customs delays or holds. In the event that you have not received your parcel within the delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted by your local customs department or postal service regarding your delivery, please get in contact with them directly.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
