Purchases over $299 NZD will not be charged international shipping costs 

$30NZD is the flat rate for international postage regardless of parcel size, number of items or weight

Items will only be posted on working days. If you place an order during the weekend or a New Zealand public holiday, your order will not be processed until the next working day. Cancellations are not permitted for orders that arrive later than expected.

You will also receive an invoice with your order, please reference this order number in case of a return or exchange.

If the product you wish to purchase is not available you will be notified by the online team and refunded as soon as possible. 

 

DELIVERIES WITHOUT SIGNATURE 

Should you request to have your order delivered without signature, please leave a note for our care team in your order notes. 

We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods once they have been signed for or where you have authorised delivery to be left unattended at your shipping address.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES + DUTIES

Please keep in mind that International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties. The payment and knowledge of these charges that may apply to your purchase is not the responsibility of Stolen Girlfriends Club, to which we have no control over.

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS HOLDS

Estimated delivery times do not include any customs delays or holds. In the event that you have not received your parcel within the delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted by your local customs department or postal service regarding your delivery, please get in contact with them directly.

 

AFTER SALES CARE 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item please email online@stolengirlfriendsclub.com as soon as possible to reserve another item. Items may only be exchanged for other items on stolengirlfriendsclub.com or at in person at our flag ship stores in New Zealand. Clothes must be unworn with all original tags still attached. Your credit will be processed within five working depending on your banks processing time.

JEWELLERY RETURNS

Jewellery returns will be handled in the same manner. However, it is important to recognise that there are no returns or exchanges permitted for earrings. this is due to concern for hygiene. Please choose carefully.

 

JEWELLERY WARRANTY

This is one year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is compulsory when returning items for repair. 

 

REPAIRS

At Stolen Girlfriends Club we want your pieces to love you back the way they should. Should you find a manufacturing fault with your item, we will repair this at no cost should this be within our warranty timeframe. This is one year from purchasing.

Please email online@stolengirlfriendsclub with images, description of what the fault appears to be and how the item has been cared for along with your proof of purchase. Once received a member of our care team will be in touch.

Should your repair fall outside of our warranty timeframe, please contact our care team and they will be able to advise on a cost to repair this with our local repair team.

Please note that general wear and tear, tarnishing and bent / out of shape items are not classified as a manufacturing fault.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

 

CONTACT + POSTAL ADDRESS 

Return items must be sent by track and trace at your own expense. Please note Stolen Girlfriends Club does not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of returning. Once received, your return will be accepted for either store credit, exchange or refund.
