Please note our promotional sale pricing is valid exclusively during the sale window. We cannot extend this pricing beyond the sale event.
To avoid disappointment or missing out on sale events, please ensure you're signed up for our newsletter and updates.
We've extended our returns and exchanges policy to 45-days for purchases made during the sale event window only.
To avoid disappointment please note that purchases made during the sale event are not eligible for refunds on change of mind.
Exchanges can be made within the 45 day returns window provided the item complies with our conditions of returns policy - unworn, with original packaging, original receipt and applicable tags attached.
Please note: EARRINGS & GIFT VOUCHERS are not eligible for exchange or refunds so please select carefully.
We believe in a fair and safe environment for our customers and our staff. Please note any aggression or abuse shown towards our staff will not be tolerated and could result in your return request being declined.
We happily allow exchanges or a store credit for change-of-mind with the exception of earring and gift card purchases.
Should the unfortunate event occur where your item is deemed faulty or not as described, you will be given the choice between a refund or replacement.
We do not issue refunds on change of mind.
We are able to make changes to orders or allow cancellations before they are fufilled and dispatched.
Once you have received shipping information for your order, we're unable to make changes or cancel your order.

Order cancellations made after an item has been dispatched may incur a restocking fee.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders as fast as possible, however during peak sale time please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and dispatch.
Please note once dispatched, delivery times may be impacted by couriers and are outside our control. We ship every order with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your item at all times.
All orders are shipped using tracked DHL Express for international orders, and tracked NZ Post Overnight for domestic orders.
Please be aware some countries have their own fees for import and duties which you are responsible for paying and are regrettably are out of our control. A restocking fee will apply for orders returned due to rejecting your country's import and duty costs.
We offer complimentary shipping on orders as outlined below:
- NEW ZEALAND:
Complimentary shipping on orders $200 NZD and above, or $10 flat fee
- AUSTRALIA:
Complimentary shipping on orders $200AUD and above or $20AUD flat fee
- UNITED STATES & CANADA:
Complimentary shipping on orders $150USD and above or $20USD flat fee.
Please be aware of applicable tariff and duty fees that regrettably will be charged by the US Government upon arrival. We can share an indication of these costs at checkout for transparency.
- UNITED KINGDOM & EUROPE:
Complimentary shipping on orders €150 and above or €20 flat fee. - INTERNATIONAL (REST OF WORLD)
Complimentary shipping on orders $300 NZD or above or $40NZD flat fee.
VIP Club points will be applied to full priced items purchased only during our sale event.
No VIP Club points will be applied to discounted/sale priced purchases.
Gift vouchers and VIP Club reward vouchers are able to be redeemed as a method of payment during sale period.
For security purposes, our team are not able to redeem loyalty reward items on a customer's behalf, this must be done by the customer.
One loyalty voucher can be applied at a time at checkout. Gift vouchers can be applied in any number.
Our sale event promotional pricing applies to current items in-stock during the sale dates, while stocks last. Some products are limited-edition with small numbers and are available at our promotional pricing on a first-come, first-served basis.
We are unable to offer "holds" on items during the sale event window.
Promotional pricing does not extend to custom orders, or out of stock items. We are unable to offer rain-checks.
