For customers located in New Zealand, prices include GST where applicable.
For international orders, prices may exclude local taxes, duties, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

8. PRICING ERRORS

Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and shipping method.
Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only.

Once the product has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the product passes to you.

14. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
Earrings, undergarments and swimwear, as well as some items marked Final Sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty.

15. FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Mid-Year Sale Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Stolen Girlfriends Club Mid-Year Sale, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

The Mid-Year Sale is available for a limited time only and while stocks last.

Discounts are applied as marked and reflected in the advertised sale price.

Sale prices apply only during the promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.

Selected products may be excluded from the promotion, including gift vouchers, selected new arrivals, limited editions, collaborations, bespoke items and other exclusions as determined by Stolen Girlfriends Club.

Returns & Exchanges

Returned items must be unworn, unused and returned in original condition with all original packaging, tags and proof of purchase.
