PAYMENTS & CURRENCY:
The name that will appear on your bank or credit card statement is STOLEN GIRLFRIENDS CLUB LTD.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase, including any applicable shipping charges, duties and taxes. Only one payment method may be used per order.
Product prices are displayed in your local currency where available, based on your selected market and location. For customers shopping outside a supported local market, prices will default to New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
All transactions are processed securely through our authorised payment providers. Stolen Girlfriends Club does not store or have access to your full credit card details at any stage of the payment process.
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by market and region.
SALE ITEMS:
Items purchased during promotional or sale periods may be exchanged or returned for store credit in accordance with our Sale Returns & Exchanges Policy. Sale purchases are not eligible for refunds for change of mind.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
If a sale item is deemed faulty, it will be assessed and handled in the same manner as full-priced merchandise, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
Sale pricing applies only to the product purchase price. Standard shipping rates, duties and taxes (where applicable) continue to apply and are not affected by promotional discounts.
Sale prices are final and cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases. Discount codes, promotional vouchers and other offers cannot be used in conjunction with sale pricing unless otherwise stated and are valid on full-priced merchandise only.

The price advertised might not be the same charged to your credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. That means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
FAULTY ITEMS
Please email online@stolengirlfriendsclub.com with images and the description of what the fault appears to be and how the item has been cared for. Once received a member from our online team will be in touch. However, if any import duty, customs fees and levies were charged, these are not refundable. If the fault is caused by the customer or has occurred outside the warranty time frame(jewellery only), the return may be accepted however any repair cost will be at your own expense
