RETAIL MANAGER - WELLINGTON

Position Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join Stolen Girlfriends Club in our Wellington Flagship store.

You’ll lead our store team, shape an exceptional customer experience and drive strong commercial results—while enjoying generous product allowances, discounts and access to exclusive brand events.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, motivate and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience while maintaining elevated presentation standards.
  • Oversee inventory, stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Deliver sales strategies, promotions, activations and local marketing initiatives.
  • Recruit, train and coach the team, creating a positive and high-performing culture.
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, reporting and cash handling.
  • Analyse sales, sell-through and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure all operations align with company policies, health and safety requirements and brand standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven retail management experience, ideally within fashion, luxury or jewellery.
  • Strong leadership skills and a genuine interest in developing people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commercial mindset with a strong focus on achieving results.
  • A proactive, organised approach and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Confidence using retail management and inventory systems such as Cin7.
  • An understanding of visual merchandising principles.
